Lynsey Cleaver at Painted Interiors by Design specialises in a whole range of paint centred decoration for walls and furniture. These include all paint effects, large and small-scale mural work, hand painted furniture and design work and sampling.

As a trained and practicing artist, all types of fine art projects, centred on drawing, painting and sculpture are also readily undertaken.

With over 10 years experience, training and teaching, in design, fine art, art history and specialist interior decoration, Lynsey can offer a friendly and personal service, with the sole aim of fulfilling the clients decorating requirements. Painted interiors by design can combine a variety of styles from contemporary to classic to create effects and finishes in a variety of interiors.

While most of the work undertaken is residential, commercial ventures have included wall art for Sposa Bridal wear, C P Antiques and The Country Living Spring Fair, at the Business Design Centre in Islington. While most projects are centred on the UK , Lynseys work has taken her as far a field as the Island of Mustique in the Carribean. All projects, residential or commercial, large or small will be considered.

The Artist

Educated in fine art, design and art history at both Coventry University and the University of Warwick , Lynsey's background is firmly rooted in creativity. With training in specialist paint effects, mural work and hand painted furniture she is able bring a wide range of skills and expertise to each and every commission.

Alongside interior decoration, Lynsey remains a practicing visual artist, making, selling and exhibiting her own works.
